Job description

Your role As a Service Sales Engineer - South Region, your mission is to maximize sustainable growth of our VTS business by promoting service products to new and existing customers per business plans, representing VTBA in a manner that all products are promoted. You will report to the Regional Service Sales Manager - VTS North America. You will
  • Plan and prioritize sales activities and customer contacts to meet business targets, managing time and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the service aftermarket team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide timely, accurate market information to management, including pricing, competitor status, and key regional issues.
  • Prepare proposals for assigned service products, calculating sales prices using the discount strategy and quoting tools.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels and ensure high aftermarket service standards.
  • Monitor and report activities by updating CRM with visit reports, opportunities, and quotation status.
  • Work with Finance to improve receivables and overdue performance.
  • Coordinate with colleagues from other Divisions to enhance customer relationships and business results.
  • Attend sales meetings and follow up on actions to grow the business through Installed base development.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects related to VTS, including new products and marketing campaigns.
  • Provide regular customer feedback and information.

You should have at least 3 years of relevant industrial service sales experience, preferably in the vacuum industry.
