Summary:

The IT Service Delivery Manager serves day-to-day Information Technology (IT) needs of assigned Business Segment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identifies and develops relationships with business and delivery partners.
  • Assists in the development of strategy, planning, funding, and delivery of technology products and services to the assigned Business Segment and delivery partners.
  • Partners in developing /executing technology strategy and is responsible for end-to-end technology project execution including resource planning.
  • Responsible for financial transparency across IT (including initiatives and base operations) for assigned Business Segment.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7+ years of related experience
