The Agile Delivery Manager (ADM) is a People Leader role accountable for delivery outcomes through others across multiple teams, releases, or value streams within Ontada's Technology Solutions portfolio.

Reporting to senior technology leadership, the ADM owns the health, predictability, and effectiveness of the delivery system, provides direct people leadership for Scrum Masters, and acts as a trusted delivery advisor to Product, Engineering, and senior stakeholders.

This role operates at the program and organizational level, balancing servant leadership with clear accountability for execution, risk management, governance, and continuous improvement.

Core AccountabilitiesDelivery Leadership & Accountability
  • Own delivery outcomes across teams or value streams through Scrum Masters, ensuring predictable, highquality execution aligned to business priorities and enterprise standards.
  • Establish and enforce delivery models, cadences, and governance aligned to Ontada's Agile Delivery Lifecycle (ADLC).
  • Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to ensure work is properly sequenced, funded, and staffed for predictable execution.
  • Provide oversight of release planning, milestone management, crossteam dependencies, and delivery commitments.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate systemic delivery risks, escalating with options and recommendations when tradeoffs are required.
  • Serve as the senior agile authority supporting delivery transformation across assigned teams.
  • Oversee iteration-based planning and execution, including capacity allocation, flow efficiency, risk identification, mitigation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Oversee PlainView (PV) related activities and reports
  • Deliver Scrum Master responsibilities for one team.
People Leadership & Coaching
  • Directly manage Scrum Masters, including goal setting, coaching, feedback, and performance management
  • Set clear expectations for role maturity, scope ownership, and delivery excellence.
  • Mentor Scrum Masters and assess readiness for expanded scope or promotion.
  • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the delivery organization.
Stakeholder & Executive Engagement
  • Act as a trusted delivery partner to Product, Engineering, QA, and business leaders.
  • Provide executivelevel visibility into delivery health, risks, dependencies, and outlook.
  • Facilitate governance forums, escalation paths, and decision checkpoints.
  • Translate complex delivery challenges into clear insights, options, and recommendations for senior leadership.
Governance, Risk, and Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to enterprise governance, regulatory controls, and audit requirements across delivery efforts.
  • Oversee scope management, change control, and delivery discipline for milestonedriven initiatives.
  • Ensure delivery artifacts, metrics, and evidence are consistently produced and auditready.
  • Maintain alignment with ServiceNow change management and other enterprise processes.
Metrics & Continuous Improvement
  • Define, monitor, and act on delivery KPIs, metrics, and dashboards.
  • Understand and implement industry best practices.
  • Publish and maintain releaselevel information radiators.
  • Analyze trends based on agile maturity survey to identify systemic issues impacting predictability, quality, or throughput.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across delivery practices, tooling, and ways of working.
  • Support Product and Scrum Teams in prioritization, sizing, and business value definition.
  • Conduct Valuable Scrum of Scrums (SoS) and drive the action items to closure.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Ontada's ADLC and enterprise agile maturity.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years leading largescale technology delivery in enterprise environments.
  • Prior people leadership experience managing Scrum Masters, Delivery Leads, or Technical Program Managers.
  • Proven ownership of delivery outcomes across multiple teams, programs, or value streams.
  • Strong coaching, talent development, and performance management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence Directors, VPs, and senior leaders through data and insight.
  • Deep understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and enterprise delivery models.
  • Experience operating in regulated or compliancedriven environments.
  • Strong command of delivery metrics, governance, and risk management practices.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and related delivery tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and crossfunctional collaboration skills.
