• Conduct thorough assessments to understand each client's unique background, presenting issues, and therapeutic goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other approaches to provide individual, couples, and family therapy.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans collaboratively with clients, consistently reviewing their progress and adapting the strategies as necessary.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements while documenting client interactions and treatment outcomes in our secure systems.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of best practices and advancements in mental health therapy.
• Establish a strong therapeutic alliance with clients, fostering trust and collaboration to facilitate positive change.
• Provide practical strategies and support to help clients navigate their life challenges and enhance their coping mechanisms.

This role primarily focuses on working with school-aged children and adolescents, alongside their families. You will address a range of issues including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and family dynamics. Our aim is to create a supportive environment where young clients can thrive while receiving the mental health care they need.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active licensure in the state of Arizona as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, preferably in a school or private practice setting.
• Demonstrated clinical proficiency in assessment, treatment planning, and the implementation of evidence-based interventions.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with a diverse client base.

• Experience working within a school environment or with children and adolescent populations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and tools to enhance virtual care delivery.
• Understanding of educational systems and the ability to collaborate with teachers and school administrators to promote student well-being.
