• Manage a caseload of clients, building trust and rapport through consistent and professional interactions.
• Conduct regular sessions to monitor client progress, addressing any concerns and adapting treatment plans accordingly.
• Create and implement tailored, person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with clients to foster their individual growth.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• An unrestricted, current, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Arizona.
