• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video chat platforms to assist clients in improving their mental health.
• Guide clients in exploring their emotions and life experiences, fostering self-awareness and understanding within their relationships.
• Act as an advocate for clients, collaborating with them to set realistic goals and develop actionable plans for achieving mental wellness.
• Assess clients' mental conditions comprehensively and create targeted treatment plans using evidence-based practices aligned with your clinical expertise.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to established confidentiality and ethical standards.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, all of whom are pre-screened to ensure they are stable adults presenting with low acuity issues. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Full licensure by the appropriate state board in California with no disciplinary actions—this includes LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW credentials.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural counseling demeanor, enabling empathetic and professional client interactions.
• Proficient in computer usage and familiar with telehealth technology.

Candidates with experience in telehealth practices or prior work in outpatient mental health settings are preferred but not mandatory. A background in handling diverse client backgrounds will enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
