Job description

At Loop Consulting, we deliver integrated expertise across all lines of business. Our team guides clients through every stage-from strategy and implementation to ongoing support-drawing on firsthand experience as a full-suite customer. In parallel, our technology services team helps organizations modernize ERP, business systems, and application development, providing tailored consulting solutions that range from full project delivery to specialized technical talent.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of Microsoft BI and Analytics solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business goals and translate them into actionable data models and reporting solutions.
  • Develop and optimize data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integration frameworks using ADF, ADL, or SSIS.
  • Design and implement analytical models and cubes using SSAS or Fabric components.
  • Build interactive dashboards and reports leveraging Power BI or other Microsoft visualization tools.
  • Ensure data integrity, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices in architecture and governance.
  • Partner with stakeholders to enable data-driven decision-making and strategic insight delivery.
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to junior consultants on BI/Analytics practices.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft BI, Data Engineering, or Analytics roles.
  • Deep technical expertise in one or more of the following: Azure Data Factory (ADF) / Azure Data Lake (ADL), Microsoft Fabric, and Legacy SSIS / SSAS tools
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT design, and data warehouse architecture.
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise analytics solutions across multiple clients or industries.
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills with the ability to translate complex data concepts into business language.
