As an Account Manager III focused on Service Sales, you will play a critical role in strengthening long-term customer partnerships, ensuring uptime and performance of advanced instrumentation, and delivering service solutions that maximize customer success.

What you will do?

  • Own the full service sales lifecycle—from initial engagement through long-term contract support across the installed base
  • Drive sustainable service revenue growth and margin, partnering closely with service leadership
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Semiconductor customers across North America, aligning service solutions to their business and technical needs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (sales, service, applications, and leadership) to deliver tailored, high-value solutions
  • Support and mentor regional team members, sharing effective sales strategies and best practices
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to continuously improve service offerings
  • Consistently achieve and report on sales targets, contributing to a culture of accountability and performance

How you will get here? (Minimum education & experience)

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Semiconductor, Engineering, or a related scientific field
  • 3+ years of experience in service sales or account management within Semiconductor or a related industry
  • Proven success selling service contracts or solutions where service is a key value driver
  • Strong customer advocacy mindset with experience supporting complex, technical customers
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across a matrixed organization
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Experience engaging with senior-level stakeholders in Semiconductor organizations

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Texas is $63,900.00–$95,850.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
