Today, that tradition of excellence continues in a dynamic, digital-first environment. Senior Account Manager (Branding Strategist) – Fully Remote

Job Description:

Marquis Who's Who is seeking an elite sales professional to join our team as a Branding Strategist (Account Manager). In this role, you will manage a portfolio of existing Marquis Who's Who clientele while driving revenue through consultative selling, relationship management, and strategic account growth.

Our clients are accomplished executives, entrepreneurs, physicians, attorneys, business owners, and industry leaders who have already been inducted into Who's Who in America. Rather than cold calling or prospecting, you'll work exclusively with a warm client base, conducting scheduled consultations to identify branding opportunities and recommend premium products and services that help clients elevate their professional visibility, credibility, and legacy.

This is a true consultative sales role. Your success will come from uncovering client needs, educating clients on the value of our exclusive branding solutions, overcoming objections, and closing high-value sales. You'll also cultivate long-term relationships that generate repeat business through ongoing account management, profile updates, cross-selling, and upselling.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Conduct scheduled video consultations with an established portfolio of Marquis Who's Who clients.
  • Develop trusted relationships that lead to repeat business and long-term account growth.
  • Identify client goals and recommend customized branding, marketing, and promotional solutions.
  • Present and close high-ticket sales through a consultative sales process.
  • Consistently cross-sell and upsell additional products and services that align with each client's professional objectives.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from consultation through close.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales quotas, revenue goals, and conversion metrics.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with existing clients to uncover additional sales opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
  • Deliver a professional, polished, and client-focused experience during every interaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in consultative, relationship-based sales (10-15 years of experience).
  • Experience selling premium or high-ticket products or services.
  • Strong closing skills with the ability to identify needs, create value, and overcome objections.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills via Zoom or other virtual meeting platforms.
  • Experience managing existing accounts while generating repeat business through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented with a proven record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build trust quickly with executive-level clients and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Comfortable using a CRM to track your pipeline, manage follow-ups, and stay on top of results.
  • Professional on-camera presence and a clean, quiet home office setup.

If you're an experienced sales professional who thrives in a consultative environment, enjoys building lasting client relationships, and is motivated by uncapped earning potential, this is an opportunity to represent one of America's most respected brands while selling exclusive products and services to an established clientele.
