Job Summary

The Project Manager will orchestrate all phases of electrical projects, from initial planning through final handover, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

DaytoDay Duties
  • Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Lead crossfunctional teamsincluding engineers, electricians, subcontractors, and vendorsto execute project tasks.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and internal stakeholders, delivering status reports and risk updates.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues that could impact timelines or costs.
  • Oversee procurement, contract negotiations, and changeorder management.
  • Ensure all work complies with NEC, OSHA, and other applicable regulations.
  • Review technical drawings, specifications, and contracts for accuracy and feasibility.
  • Document lessons learned and implement continuousimprovement initiatives for future projects.
MustHaves (Essential Qualifications)
  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • 38 years of proven experience managing electrical or construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction processes, and relevant codes (NEC, OSHA).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, negotiate contracts, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts.
