This full-time remote position allows professionals to leverage their skills in mental health to make a lasting impact on the lives of individuals facing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, and depression. As part of our mission-driven team, you will contribute to creating holistic treatment plans tailored to diverse client needs.

About the Organization

At Gotham Enterprises Ltd, we are committed to providing exceptional outpatient mental health services. Work Environment

This role is designed for remote work, granting you the flexibility to create your own schedule while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Our community health clinic fosters an environment that values innovation, support, and professional fulfillment. While you work independently, you will also be part of a collaborative team dedicated to the shared goal of enhancing client well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify the unique needs of each client, leading to the development of customized treatment plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based interventions to support clients through various mental health challenges, ensuring their well-being and recovery.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and clinic policies.
  • Collaborate closely with a dedicated treatment team—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow social workers—to provide a comprehensive approach to care.
  • Educate and empower patients and their families through workshops and individual sessions to foster understanding and support in the recovery process.
  • Stay current with mental health research, best practices, and community resources to enhance the quality of care provided.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adults, and families who are navigating challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. Our outpatient setting thrives on offering accessible and culturally competent care to ensure that all clients feel understood and supported.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • A valid LCSW license maintained in the state of Connecticut.
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
  • Expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
  • A collaborative mindset, thriving in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Experience

While the minimum requirement is 2 years of clinical experience, candidates with experience in trauma-informed care, addiction counseling, or family therapy will be given preference. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms is also beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this full-time position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance to support your health and wellness.
  • Life and disability insurance for added security.
  • Professional liability and malpractice insurance coverage.
  • An employee assistance program dedicated to your mental health and well-being.
  • Opportunities for unlimited referrals to ensure a fulfilling caseload.
  • Minimal paperwork requirements to focus more on client care.
