Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to foster trusting therapeutic relationships.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Omnicare Counseling Center, you will work with a varied patient population, including individuals from diverse backgrounds, children, adolescents, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Your role will be integral in creating a safe space for these clients to express their concerns, explore coping strategies, and achieve meaningful life changes.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.
  • The candidate must hold a current, active, and unrestricted Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduation is essential.
  • Proficiency in using technology, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, and other digital tools to document treatment and manage schedules.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families is a key requirement.
