• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to foster trusting therapeutic relationships.
• Facilitate regular meetings with clients to track progress, review treatment plans, and ensure stability, adjusting strategies as necessary for effective care.
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs, focusing on evidence-based practices that encourage personal growth.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Omnicare Counseling Center, you will work with a varied patient population, including individuals from diverse backgrounds, children, adolescents, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Your role will be integral in creating a safe space for these clients to express their concerns, explore coping strategies, and achieve meaningful life changes.

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.
• The candidate must hold a current, active, and unrestricted Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.
• A minimum of one year of relevant experience in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduation is essential.
• Proficiency in using technology, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, and other digital tools to document treatment and manage schedules.
• Demonstrable experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families is a key requirement.
• Comfort and competency in conducting intake assessments to evaluate client needs are necessary.

• Experience with various therapeutic modalities and counseling techniques tailored to individual client needs.
• Previous work in a remote therapeutic setting, demonstrating adaptability to virtual platforms and practices.
• Familiarity with community resources and support systems available to clients in the Springfield area.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, reflecting the importance of mental health services and the expertise of our clinicians.
