This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. Our telehealth services are delivered through a HIPAA-compliant platform, ensuring client confidentiality and security. You will use our cloud-based Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to manage patient information efficiently while complying with insurance requirements, including those of Medicaid and Medicare. • Provide individual, family, and group counseling sessions aimed at diagnosing mental health conditions and developing actionable treatment plans.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and methodologies tailored to individual client needs, focusing on behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, and dual diagnosis treatment.
• Assist clients in identifying personal challenges and provide effective coping strategies to manage symptoms related to mental health and trauma.
• Conduct outreach and follow-up services to maintain client engagement and monitor progress throughout treatment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for each client's unique circumstances.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and progress notes using our EHR systems, supporting seamless communication with other healthcare providers.
• Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge base.

You will be serving a diverse range of clients, from individuals grappling with anxiety and depression to those facing more complex challenges such as PTSD and dual diagnoses. • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.
• A minimum of three years of professional experience in mental health counseling.
• Proficiency in using technology, including a reliable laptop or desktop with high-speed internet and web camera capabilities.
• Ability to work independently with self-motivation and discipline, ensuring consistent high-quality client care.
• Successful completion of a comprehensive background check.

While not mandatory, candidates with familiarity in utilizing telehealth systems and those who demonstrate a strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities will be highly regarded. Flexibility to work some weekends or evenings is preferred to accommodate client schedules.
