Quality Support Analyst
The Opportunity:
As a Quality Support Analyst, you'll be part of a dynamic Program Management Office (PMO) supporting a geographically dispersed team. You'll provide quality support and reporting, including collecting and compiling inputs for and preparing monthly status reports and formatting and performing quality checks. You will also collect and consolidate inputs for regular program management reviews and other executive-level briefings. You'll also assist with submitting deliverables, gathering performance feedback, and supporting the collection and analysis of performance metrics. You will contribute to a program management plan, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and guides, as well as documenting lessons learned.
On our team, you'll work with program leadership, project leads, and multiple stakeholders to implement quality management processes and tools and identify and recommend ways to improve efficiency and streamline operations.

You Have:
  • Experience gathering and compiling qualitative and quantitative inputs and organizing them in prescribed Microsoft Word and PowerPoint templates
  • Experience with detailed formatting and reviewing products to identify and correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation
  • Experience developing and using trackers to monitor status of products and tasks
  • Experience capturing, tracking, analyzing, and documenting quality performance data
  • Experience documenting quality processes and procedures and identifying areas for improvement
  • Experience collaborating with teams
  • Ability to perform tasks that require strict attention to detail and effective time management
  • Ability to perform quality control and quality assurance reviews of documents against requirements
  • Secret clearance
  • Associate's degree

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with the Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC) organizations, customers, or FEDSIM programs
  • Ability to identify process improvements and recommend solutions
  • Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form with multiple stakeholders

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
