Job Description
Skill: Sr Security Analyst/SME
 
1. Provide L1.5/L2 production support for migration from Transmit BindID to Passkey authentication.
2. Troubleshoot passkey enrollment, authentication, device registration, and user access issues.
3. Analyze WebAuthn/FIDO2 protocol errors and browser compatibility issues.
4. Investigate device binding, credential synchronization, and cross-device authentication problems.
5. Monitor production incidents, analyze logs, and API transactions.
6. Collaborate with application teams, platform administrators, and vendors to support migration and resolve technical issues.
7. Hands-on knowledge of CIAM, MFA, Passkeys, FIDO2/WebAuthn, REST APIs, and Transmit Security is preferred.
8. Customer-facing support experience and ability to work in rotational support or on-call schedules.
