Are you passionate about information security and identity management? We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a diversified Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to advance and broaden your skill sets, working alongside highly skilled professionals at the forefront of security administration. You will be instrumental in managing user access, ensuring compliance, and continuously improving critical security processes, directly contributing to the organization's resilience and integrity.
What You'll Do:
  • Perform day-to-day security administration of systems and user IDs, including creation, deletion, modification, and password resets across all supported technologies.
  • Process Leave of Absence (LOA) and Return to Work (RTW) requests, ensuring timely and accurate access removal for terminated personnel to maintain robust security.
  • Provide advanced support to the service desk, resolving escalated access-related issues that require specialized expertise.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement improvement initiatives to simplify and automate security administration processes, significantly enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Proactively notify management of any concerns raised by requestors and anticipate potential escalations, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all Security Administration Standard Operating Procedures, notifying management of discrepancies in Job Aids for timely updates.
  • Participate in various projects and initiatives, supporting regulatory requirements, audits, and broader access management directives that shape the future of security.
  • Collate statistical data as requested to support operational and risk metrics for the Identity and Access Management team, providing valuable insights.

What You'll Bring:
To thrive in this role, you will bring a blend of foundational security knowledge, practical experience, and a commitment to operational excellence.
  • ITIL certification is mandatory.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Security Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Thorough understanding of various Identity & Access Management concepts.
  • Working knowledge of identity and access management tools, operating systems, directory services, and remote access technologies.
  • Strong customer-centric approach with exposure to handling customer inquiries, particularly in a helpdesk or support environment.
  • Excellent customer handling skills.
