Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to craft personalized treatment plans.
  • Deliver therapy services via secure online platforms, employing various therapeutic modalities tailored to meet clients' individual preferences and goals.
  • Engage in collaborative treatment planning with clients, establishing therapeutic goals and offering consistent support as they navigate their recovery journeys.
  • Utilize tools such as progress tracking software and telehealth platforms to monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies based on their evolving needs.
  • Maintain meticulous records of therapy sessions and client progress to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as internal quality assurance standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a member of our team, you will serve clients in a detox center who are experiencing acute mental health challenges. This setting requires sensitivity and a strong understanding of the complexities involved in addiction and recovery. Qualifications
  • Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A Masterโ€™s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an innate ability to build rapport with clients in a virtual environment.
  • Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and understanding towards clients' experiences and challenges, particularly in managing mental health within a detox setting.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, enabling efficient remote management of therapy sessions and related documentation.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in treating clients with substance use disorders, mental health issues, or co-occurring disorders is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with telehealth practices and online therapy tools will be beneficial to adapt quickly to our technological environment.
  • Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and tracking client progress.
