What You'll Do

  • Lead and managelarge government programs ($60M+), with a strong focus onNaval programs.

  • Serve as theforward-facing program lead, building strong relationships with senior government stakeholders.

  • Apply expertise inDiminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS)to mitigate risks across hardware, materials, and software.

  • Review and resolve Navy HM&E DMSMS issues.

  • Facilitate DMSMS working groups and serve as a subject matter leader.

  • Developissue resolution plans, cost estimates, and mitigation strategiesthat ensure mission success.

  • Drive innovative solutions and milestones while leading cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degreein Business, Engineering, or STEM discipline (Master's preferred).

  • 16+ yearsof progressive program management experience, overseeing complex government programs ($60M+).

  • 5+ yearsof logistics experience with a focus onDMSMS.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer engagement skills.

  • Ability to innovate and implement effective solutions in high-visibility environments.

  • PMP certificationstrongly preferred.

  • Interim or ActiveSecret clearancerequired;Top Secreta plus.
