Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to their individual needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the platform, significantly reducing the time spent on paperwork and allowing you to focus on client interaction.
• Build therapeutic relationships and work collaboratively with clients to set achievable goals for improvement in mental wellness.
• Assess client needs and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LCSW-R) in the state of Arizona.
• No disciplinary actions on your license.
• A strong commitment to respecting clients' privacy and confidentiality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster professional relationships with clients and administrative staff.
• Experience managing a caseload, demonstrating organization and time management capabilities.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
