Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive bio-psychosocial evaluations to accurately assess each patient’s mental health status and identify obstacles to recovery.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, providing both individual and group therapy.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and support staff, to develop holistic care strategies that enhance treatment adherence and patient satisfaction.
  • Document all interactions and treatment progress in accordance with departmental standards, maintaining up-to-date records in patient medical files.
  • Provide educational resources and counseling to patients and their families to enhance understanding and acceptance of mental health treatment recommendations.
