As part of a detox center, you will be equipped with the resources needed to conduct thorough assessments and provide effective therapies from the comfort of your home office. • Conduct comprehensive bio-psychosocial evaluations to accurately assess each patient’s mental health status and identify obstacles to recovery.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, providing both individual and group therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and support staff, to develop holistic care strategies that enhance treatment adherence and patient satisfaction.
• Document all interactions and treatment progress in accordance with departmental standards, maintaining up-to-date records in patient medical files.
• Provide educational resources and counseling to patients and their families to enhance understanding and acceptance of mental health treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for patients' needs within the community, working towards enhancing their access to social support and resources for improved psychosocial functioning.
• Stay informed about community resources, continually updating your knowledge to provide the best possible care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to remain current with best practices in social work and mental health care.

The LCSW will primarily support individuals dealing with various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our focus is on creating healing pathways that respect and address the unique circumstances of each client, including their cultural backgrounds and personal experiences. This role is crucial in ensuring that clients feel understood and valued throughout their treatment journey.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license from the State Board of Social Work Licensure.
• Understanding of psychosocial development across various ages and cultural contexts, ensuring culturally competent care.

• At least 6 months to 1 year of clinical experience in health or mental health settings, particularly with populations similar to those served by our detox center.
• Experience in creating treatment plans and using case management approaches tailored to individual client needs.
• Familiarity with digital documentation systems and telehealth best practices is preferred, as these are integral to our remote work model.
