• Conduct thorough initial assessments of students to identify mental health needs and risk factors.

This role primarily focuses on children and adolescents enrolled in school systems. The LCSW will work with students from diverse backgrounds, presenting a range of mental health concerns including but not limited to emotional struggles, learning difficulties, and behavioral issues stemming from various life situations. The goal is to enhance students' academic performance and overall well-being through tailored therapeutic approaches.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• A current and valid license to practice clinical social work in Illinois is essential.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
