Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base is diverse, comprising individuals, couples, and groups facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship issues. We prioritize delivering culturally competent care, recognizing that each client’s experiences and backgrounds are different. • Demonstrated experience in providing effective counseling, both individually and in group settings.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills tailored to a remote client engagement model.
  • An empathetic and non-judgmental approach to mental health care.
  • Capacity to work independently while also collaborating as part of a team.
  • Flexibility in scheduling to best accommodate clients' needs, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with telehealth delivery of counseling services.
  • Specializations in areas such as trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) are a plus.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to facilitate documentation and billing processes.
