Massachusetts Licensed Therapist (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT)

Location: 100% Remote

Schedule: Part-time and full-time options available

Cortica is growing and seeking passionate therapists to join our remote counseling team!

We are a unified team of doctors and therapists, specializing in children and families with neurodevelopmental disorders. We emphasize collaboration and long-term outcomes: Grounded in a neurodiversity-affirming, individualized approach and supported by a team of physicians, speech, occupational, and behavioral health professionals.

Position Overview

As a therapist at Cortica, you'll support children and their caregivers by helping families understand diagnoses, build effective home supports, advocate for their child, and navigate emotional challenges. You will also help children build relationships, adapt to change, develop self-advocacy skills, and strengthen their emotional well-being.

  • This role is 80% clinical and 20% administrative
  • You'll provide virtual counseling for children, parents, and families
  • Gain a specialized expertise in neurodevelopmental disorders
  • Collaborate amongst experts in neurology, speech therapy, and behavioral health
  • Consult with seasoned therapists, attend weekly team meetings, and internal training opportunities
  • Enjoy a consistent caseload, streamlined workflows and administrative support
Scheduling Options

We are flexible to align schedules with your best availability. To ensure a consistent caseload, we ask for between 10-25 hours of availability during peak hours.

  • Peak Hours: Monday through Friday between 2-7 PM, Saturday's 8AM-7PM
  • Part-time: 10-29 hours per week (Example schedule: MTW 2-6 PM)
  • Full-time: 30-40 hours per week (Example schedule: MTWTHF 10-6 PM)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Part-time: $47.79 - $59.74 per hour + health insurance at 26+ hours per week
  • Full-time: $42.67 - $53.33 per hour + full benefits (PTO, CEU stipend, 401k matching, health, vision, dental and more!)
  • Clinical & administrative time are compensated at the same rate

Minimum Qualifications

  • Active LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT in Massachusetts
  • Clinical experience with children adolescents and families a strong interest in providing neurodiversity-affirming care
  • Bilingual in English and Portuguese (preferred)
