Job description

Job Description: Sales Representative – Dallas/Fort Worth, TX

At ProCare Injury Specialists, we are a friendly, growth-oriented healthcare group proud to serve communities throughout Texas. As we continue expanding throughout the state, we are excited to bring our patient-centered, interdisciplinary approach to care to even more people. Our mission goes beyond the delivery of healthcare. We are dedicated to fostering a supportive atmosphere within our team and with our patients. This collaborative spirit is the foundation upon which we provide exceptional service to our patients daily, ensuring they receive not only care, but also an experience that reflects our commitment to treating everyone like a valued member of our extended family.

We specialize in helping patients recover from injuries, including those sustained in auto accidents. By combining advanced treatment options with a compassionate approach, we guide our patients on the road to recovery, addressing their unique needs every step of the way. Whether it provides relief from pain or restoring mobility, we are here to help our patients reclaim their health and well-being.

How You Will Make an Impact:

At ProCare, relationships are key. Referrals are at the heart of our business — they are what keep us going. In this role, you will be the one to build new connections and nurture the relationships that already support us. That means you will travel around the Austin, Texas region and nearby areas. As you connect with our referral partners, you will be the go-to person for sharing what makes ProCare stand out: our full-circle care for injured patients. You will also take the lead in managing relationships and help create marketing efforts that focus on continuing education and organizing events. Ultimately, your success will be all about driving new patients and helping us grow revenue by strengthening those key relationships.

What You Will  Do:

  • Strategic Mindset: Develop and execute business development strategies. Identify opportunities for growth, partnerships, and potential new revenue streams.
  • Relationship Guru: Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. You will be the smooth talker who turns handshakes into lifelong partnerships.
  • Quota Crusher: You get the thrill from meeting and exceeding growth goals. You love chasing a goal and grabbing it by the horns. Ultimately, you’re a creative problem solver to engage folks you want to talk to and build a relationship with.
  • Data Whisperer: Dive into the analytics ocean and emerge with insights that guide our decision-making process. Numbers will not scare you – they will excite you!

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. But if you are a self-taught jack-of-all-trades, we are all ears!
  • 5+ years of experience in business development and marketing. Show us you have been around the block and know how to own it.
  • Proven track record of turning ideas into measurable results. We love success stories – bring yours!
  • Excellent communication skills. You should be able to start a conversation with a wall. And maybe you can write like Hemingway.
  •  A passion for marketing innovation and a keen eye for spotting trends before they become trends. We do not want to be bored around here.
  • You know your limits. Seek consultation and training when necessary or needed.
  • Full adherence to HIPAA rules and regulations.

Workplace Culture and Environment:

Our workplace culture is rooted in support, collaboration, and genuine care. We treat every patient like family and foster a warm, welcoming environment where everyone works together with respect and kindness.

Work Location: Hybrid remote role in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metropolitan Area with travel in the surrounding areas.

Work Hours: This role typically follows a Monday through Friday schedule, but hours may vary depending on business development activities and travel needs.

We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k, $25,000 company-paid life insurance, optional STD and LTD, and paid time off. Salary based on experience.

We are an equal opportunity employer committed to a fair and impartial recruitment process for all qualified candidates, including veterans and individuals with disabilities.
