Job description

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $56hr - $61hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Strong experience in SAFe Agile Framework and large-scale Agile transformations.
  • Experience leading multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
  • Expertise in Program Increment (PI) Planning and execution.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar.
  • Risk management, dependency management, and governance experience.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate Solution Train events, including Pre-PI Planning, PI Planning, Solution Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
  • Coordinate execution across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and solution teams.
  • Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, impediments, and escalations.
  • Track and report solution-level progress, milestones, and delivery commitments.
  • Partner with Product Management, Solution Management, Architects, and Business Owners to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Drive adoption and continuous improvement of SAFe principles, Lean-Agile practices, and delivery governance.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across distributed teams and stakeholders.
  • Support solution roadmap execution and ensure alignment with enterprise priorities.
  • Monitor delivery metrics, program risks, quality indicators, and value realization.
  • Coach leaders, Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, and teams on Agile best practices.

Nice to Have:

  • SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), RTE, or other SAFe certifications.
  • Experience in large enterprise digital transformation programs.
  • Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and modern software delivery practices.
  • Experience managing multi-vendor and global delivery teams.

Education and Experience:

  • 12+ years of IT experience.
  • 5+ years in Agile Program Management, Release Train Engineer, or Solution Train leadership roles.
  • Proven experience coordinating large-scale enterprise programs involving multiple ARTs.
