Senior SIAM Design Consultant (Contract)
Remote (within the US) with estimated 50% travel
1012 month engagement

The Role
We are seeking experienced independent consultants to support complex enterprise environments undergoing significant transformation across service management and vendor operating models.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on designing, implementing, or stabilizing Service Integration and Management (SIAM) frameworks in multi-provider ecosystems. The work is practical and execution-oriented, not theoretical.

You will be working in environments with multiple external partners, high operational complexity, and senior-level stakeholder visibility.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Designing or refining SIAM operating models across multi-vendor environments
  • Assessing current-state service delivery and identifying gaps in integration, governance, and accountability
  • Leading or supporting SIAM transformations, transitions, or recoveries
  • Establishing vendor governance frameworks, performance models, and service accountability structures
  • Advising senior stakeholders on service integration strategy and execution
  • Producing clear, executive-level deliverables that guide decision-making and implementation

Background We're Looking For

  • 1020 years in IT services, sourcing, or service management environments
  • Proven, hands-on experience designing or implementing SIAM models
  • Experience working within complex multi-vendor ecosystems (typically 5 or more providers)
  • Strong understanding of service lifecycle processes and operational frameworks
  • Experience operating in large, enterprise-scale environments with high expectations around delivery and structure
