Job Description
Complete installation, qualification, and calibration of ELPRO monitoring equipment and software at customer location. Generate calibration certificates with understanding of good calibration results. Conduct training for customer on-site or remotely after installation is completed. Responsible for direct communication to the customer and ELPRO management while on-site for installations and calibrations and technical support for ELPRO's Central Monitoring System. Perform installations and calibrations (internally and externally) using appropriate SOPs, equipment, etc. Produce calibration certificates and project paperwork. Gain proficiency to provide technical support for all customers. Support internal and external staff and their customers for new and existing ELPRO products.
Duties and responsibilities:
  • Install ELPRO hardware on-site at customer location and perform qualification.
  • Install ELPRO software at customer location and perform qualification.
  • Perform annual calibration of ELPRO equipment using specialized calibration tools.
  • Perform initial walk-through at customer site for proper job organization.
  • Generate calibration certificates.
  • Answer technical questions for customers, provide training on or off site.
  • Communicate issues and questions regarding the job with appropriate manager or project
  • manager so that the project can be completed on-site and within budget.
  • Assist customer with set-up of software system parameters such as alarms.
  • Reports opinions/interpretations of results.
  • Investigates and resolves customer technical questions on-site, via phone and web-based.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with various contacts within customer organizations.
  • Communicates technical activities of project to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget.
  • Follows standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation
  • Arranges travel within guidelins, estimated travel within the US or International location to customer sites, estimated 75% or as assigned.

Qualifications
Education:
  • BS Preferred or experience (2 years) plus AS degree or specialized training certificate.
