Job Overview:

Pay Range: $33.67hr - $38.67hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) is required.
  • Strong understanding of CRM processes, opportunity management, and sales lifecycle workflows.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical and data management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales organization throughout and within SFDC and video meetings.
  • Act as a liaison between the Field Sales teams, the Enterprise Agreement Sales Team, and Partners.
  • Support operational and administrative requests from sales leadership and account teams.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM data standards across Salesforce.
  • Maintain SFDC data hygiene across Accounts, Opportunities, Contacts, Leads, Quotes, Deal Registrations, and related objects.
  • Perform pipeline cleanup, updates, and data management activities based on sales team direction.
  • Create and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.
  • Develop visibility into pipeline performance, forecast accuracy, and sales engagement metrics.
  • Build and maintain opportunity tagging, tracking mechanisms, and reporting tools within Salesforce.
  • Monitor CRM data quality and recommend process improvements.
  • Analyze Salesforce data to identify untapped pipeline opportunities and revenue-growth initiatives.
  • Proactively mine opportunity data and install base information to uncover potential engagements for Account Managers and Partners.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Agreement (EA) Specialists and Sales teams to identify, qualify, and track EA opportunities.
  • Research untagged Salesforce opportunities and work directly with sales teams to determine EA qualification status.
  • Track OEM-related opportunities and develop reporting to monitor pipeline health.
  • Identify early-renewal opportunities and expansion opportunities across the customer install base.
  • Analyze install base data to uncover renewal, cross-sell, and partner development opportunities.
  • Support partner and distributor engagement activities across assigned territories.
  • Map OEM and install base data to Salesforce records and assigned Account Managers.
  • Identify strategic partners and assist in developing partner tiering and enablement recommendations.
  • Analyze historical sales activity to determine partner involvement, OEM influence, and expansion opportunities.
  • Support channel initiatives focused on increasing pipeline generation and partner engagement.
  • Develop recurring weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reports.
  • Create executive dashboards for monitoring sales pipeline and operational performance.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on Salesforce analytics.
  • Monitor pipeline trends, deal progression, renewal opportunities, and account growth potential.
  • Present findings and recommendations to sales leadership and stakeholders.
