Job Title: Salesforce Technical Architect

Location: Remote:

Duration: 6+ Months

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with a proven track record in Salesforce solution design and architecture and hands-on experience in managing L2 Support Teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable Salesforce solutions, leading technical development efforts, and managing a team of L2 support engineers to ensure consistent application uptime, performance, and issue resolution.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience with Salesforce platform, including at least 2 years in an architect-level role.
  • 3+ years of experience managing support or operations teams (L2/L3).
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ including product configuration, pricing rules, quote templates, and approvals.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and APIs.
  • Experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations (REST/SOAP).
  • Deep understanding of ITIL-based service management practices.
  • Experience with support tools like Jira, ServiceNow, or Remedy.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA (preferred).
