Lead Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Developer

Work hours: Full Time (40 hours); Exempt Days 8:00am - 5:00pm

Here's What You Need 
    Bachelor's Degree in marketing, computer science, information services or related field required AND
    7 years of relevant work experience to include 3 years of experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud and 2 years of experience with email and website deployment to include marketing automation and reporting performance. OR
    4 years relevant experience in lieu of a degree required AND
    11 years of relevant work experience to include 3 years of experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud and 7 years of experience with email and website deployment to include marketing automation and reporting performance.
    Experience in Healthcare preferred.

What You Will Do 
    Serve as owner/lead of Salesforce Health Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud as related to Brand and Marketing initiatives.
    Develop reusable, scalable and mobile friendly email templates and content blocks with Marketing Cloud Content Builder and maintain them.
    Develop emails for use in batch send, triggered send or one-off marketing messaging within Marketing Cloud Content Builder.
    Develop personalization and dynamic content within all Marketing Cloud mediums/systems to provide individualized messaging.
    Develop and implement reusable Ampscript and Query String content blocks for connecting data throughout Marketing Cloud, properly track and enable user content personalization on Texas Health websites.
    Create and support Automation Design and Management including SQL Queries, Data Filters, Data Extracts, File Imports, etc.
    Develop and design multi-step journeys within Marketing Cloud Journey Builder to activate messaging paths and properly mark, update and track user records throughout the life of a journey both in Marketing Cloud and in Health Cloud.
    Map business requirements to technical requirements.
    Serve as technical/developer contact to the Marketing Team and external vendors/developers on all projects for design reviews, project planning and troubleshooting.
    Work with colleagues to build knowledge and skills in specific areas of expertise through training and mentoring.
