In this role, you will be the primary functional lead owning the end-to-end design of Salesforce Billing and its critical downstream integrations, directly influencing our financial scalability and shaping the future of global quote-to-cash workflows at Trimble.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

Own and manage the end-to-end functional architecture for subscription, usage-based, and hybrid billing models within Salesforce.

Architect seamless, high-volume data integrations between Salesforce Billing and downstream enterprise ERP, revenue recognition, tax, and payment platforms.

Transform high-level business requirement epics into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and technical blueprints in an agile environment.

Collaborate closely with global finance, revenue operations, and engineering stakeholders across multiple time zones to align billing outputs with financial controls.

Troubleshoot and optimize complex invoice generation, proration logic, and system synchronization processes to maximize operational efficiency.

Essential Skills & Experience

You possess 6 or more years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, with a deep functional focus on Salesforce Billing.

You have a proven track record of designing complex integrations between billing applications and downstream ERP or financial systems.

You have a comprehensive understanding of the full quote-to-cash lifecycle, subscription management, and financial reconciliation.

You bring demonstrated experience collaborating effectively with globally distributed teams and working with tools like Jira and Confluence.

Bonus Points For

Experience integrating Salesforce Billing specifically with enterprise ERPs like SAP or Oracle.

Familiarity with specialized revenue recognition platforms, tax engines, and payment gateways.

Experience operating within high-volume, enterprise-scale monetization and billing environments.
