• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and formulate appropriate treatment plans.
• Design and implement individualized treatment strategies that reflect each client's unique goals and therapeutic needs.
• Provide adult-focused therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based and solution-focused techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and other effective methodologies.
• Offer crisis intervention services when needed, ensuring swift and effective responses to acute situations that affect clients' safety or stability.
• Participate in continuous professional education and training to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health practices and regulatory changes.

Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds and experiences, all seeking support for mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a therapist, your role involves fostering a trusting relationship with clients to help them navigate their personal journeys toward mental wellness. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work with families and couples, addressing interpersonal dynamics and facilitating healthier relationships.

• A valid and recognized license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine empathetic approach towards clients' needs and experiences.
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage client caseloads efficiently while adhering to deadlines.
• A clean disciplinary record with relevant professional regulatory bodies.

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting is preferred, as well as familiarity with digital therapy platforms.
• Experience in working with diverse populations, including marginalized communities.
• Proven track record in utilizing various therapeutic modalities to achieve positive client outcomes.

• Competitive salary between USD 90,000 and 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
