• Conduct secure and confidential remote therapy sessions with individuals and groups using state-of-the-art telehealth technology.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' emotional, social, and mental health needs; develop tailored treatment plans based on individuals’ circumstances.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, ensuring clients' safety and well-being during challenging moments.
• Guide clients in accessing necessary community resources and social services that can enhance their mental health and overall quality of life.
• Maintain accurate electronic records of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans, adhering to legal and ethical standards of confidentiality.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and interdisciplinary teams to align treatment strategies and improve client outcomes.
• Educate clients on coping mechanisms, effective communication strategies, and self-care techniques to empower them in managing their mental health independently.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed about the latest research and best practices in clinical social work and teletherapy.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Oasis of Hope, you will be supporting a diverse range of clients dealing with emotional, psychological, and psychosocial issues. Your clientele may include individuals managing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship challenges, as well as those requiring assistance in adjusting to life changes or managing chronic conditions. Your role is crucial in making a profound difference in their mental health journeys.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field is required.
• A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical capacity is essential.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills necessary for effective remote client management.
