• Conduct thorough assessments of students’ emotional and behavioral health, ensuring individualized treatment plans are created based on their unique needs.
• Engage with clients through teletherapy sessions, providing counseling and support to address challenges such as anxiety, depression, and familial issues.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and administrative staff, to develop comprehensive support interventions that enhance the well-being of students.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to ethical and legal guidelines.
• Participate in case conferences, contributing to a collective understanding of each student’s situation and collaborative treatment strategies.
• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, utilizing de-escalation techniques and immediate assessment to ensure client safety.
• Facilitate workshops and informational sessions for students and parents to promote mental health awareness and resources available in the community.
• Remain current on best practices in social work and mental health, actively seeking opportunities for professional development and continuing education.

The primary clientele includes school-aged children and adolescents dealing with a variety of psychosocial issues. Your expertise will be pivotal in guiding them through difficulties such as bullying, family trauma, learning challenges, and emotional disturbances. By fostering a supportive and nurturing relationship, you will assist clients in developing coping strategies that promote both academic success and personal growth.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated clinical experience in providing social work and counseling within educational environments.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
• A deep understanding of cultural competence, ensuring sensitivity to the varied backgrounds of clients.
• A commitment to ethics and professionalism in all aspects of work.

• Experience working in school settings or with youth populations is highly desirable.

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience.
