Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our dedicated team at Central Gateway Behavioral Health. Work Environment

This role is primarily remote, empowering our Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide services from the comfort of their own homes while also facilitating flexibility in client interactions. Our collaborative work culture encourages open communication and teamwork, ensuring that all professionals involved are aligned in their approach to client care. We also offer flexibility in scheduling, accommodating clients' needs with some evening and weekend hours as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, as well as their strengths and available resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy employing evidence-based modalities tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Utilize therapeutic techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care in treatment sessions.
• Design and execute personalized treatment plans that include measurable goals and therapeutic interventions aimed at fostering client progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including psychiatrists and psychologists—to ensure that each client receives well-coordinated and holistic care.
• Facilitate crisis intervention strategies, perform risk assessments, and implement safety planning as required, ensuring that clients feel secure and supported.
• Maintain diligent and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring thorough records of client interactions and treatment progress.
• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that encourage shared experiences and community-building among clients.

At Central Gateway Behavioral Health, our clientele encompasses a diverse range of individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other emotional health concerns. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will have the opportunity to work with clients of all ages, each seeking tools for healing, resilience, and growth.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.
• Profound knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, ensuring you're equipped to provide exceptional care.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective engagement with clients and collaboration with team members.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with a diverse client population, understanding the unique needs that various groups may present.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to facilitate accurate documentation and care coordination.

Compensation and Benefits
