Key Responsibilities

As an LCSW at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will take on a range of critical responsibilities, including:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify the needs and challenges faced by patients.
• Developing individualized treatment plans that incorporate solution-based practices tailored to each patient's unique situation.
• Implementing therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits
