• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate the mental health status of clients, deeply understanding their needs.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that align with clients' therapeutic goals and preferences.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices and solution-focused methodologies.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to provide virtual counseling, maintaining high standards of patient privacy and comfort.
• Deliver crisis intervention services when necessary, ensuring immediate support is available for clients in urgent need.
• Engage in continuous professional development activities, including training and workshops, to stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in mental health.

You will primarily work with adult clients who present a wide range of mental health challenges. This may include anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our emphasis is on providing a nurturing and understanding environment where clients can open up and work through their concerns effectively.

• A current and valid license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
• A demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, showcase empathy, and provide a non-judgmental presence during client interactions.
• Strong organizational skills coupled with effective time management, enabling you to balance client sessions and administrative duties efficiently.
• No history of disciplinary actions against licensure is a prerequisite.

• Previous experience in a clinical setting where teletherapy or telehealth services were utilized is preferred.
• Experience in providing therapy to clients with diverse backgrounds and clinical needs will enhance the fit for this role.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $104,000, influenced by your caseload and experience.
