Work Environment

This full-time position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing counselors to effectively engage with clients through telehealth platforms. While the standard work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, there may be occasional needs for evening or weekend appointments to accommodate our clients' schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and formulate appropriate treatment plans.
• Design and implement evidence-based therapy strategies tailored to individual and group therapy sessions, addressing personal goals and challenges.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, utilizing therapeutic interventions and techniques that foster client engagement and progress.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic care, ensuring every client's needs are considered and addressed effectively.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal, ethical, and clinic policies.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision, case discussions, and ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.
• A Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients, ensuring they feel safe and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of one year of experience in providing mental health counseling services.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 50,000 to 80,000 per year, complemented by the following benefits:
