Ruby On Rails Consultant with Reactjs
Remote
Summary: Works with product, design, and engineering to enable new user functionality by programming software and consulting on existing and proposed designs.
Essential Duties and Functions:
  • include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Implement software features as specified by product, design, or engineering Advise fellow engineers on technical designs of systems
  • Upgrade and maintain existing systems for reliability, performance, and security
  • Analyze existing code for improvements and usability
  • Develop and run automated test suites to confirm correctness of written software
  • Advise teammates on the possibilities of current code
  • Advise teammates on cost-effective ways to deliver end-user value and functionality
  • Deploy written code live to staging and production environments
  • Review code of fellow engineers
