Job Overview:

Pay Range: $55.00hr - $60.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 5+ years as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Process Analyst, Product Analyst, or Automation Business Analyst.
  • Experience supporting AI, GenAI, OCR / IDP, workflow automation, RPA, analytics, integration, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong process analysis, requirements elicitation, current-state / future-state mapping, business-rule definition, and exception-analysis skills.
  • Ability to produce implementation-ready user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
  • Experience with documents, emails, APIs, enterprise data, approval workflows, and human validation processes.
  • Working knowledge of agentic AI, LLM extraction, conversational AI, search, classification, and recommendations is preferred.
  • Strong remote facilitation, documentation, analytical thinking, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct remote workshops and interviews to capture workflows, roles, handoffs, inputs, outputs, rules, controls, exceptions, pain points, and manual workarounds.
  • Document process maps, requirements, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, decision rules, field definitions, and end-to-end traceability.
  • Define document, email, event, master-data, historical-data, test-data, and golden-set needs for OCR, extraction, search, classification, recommendations, chat, and workflow automation.
  • Define validation points, approvals, human-in-the-loop decisions, confidence thresholds, exception routing, fallback, escalation, and audit requirements.
  • Partner with architects, AI/ML engineers, full-stack engineers, integration teams, and QA to translate requirements into implementable solution behavior.
  • Analyze API interactions, field mappings, business validations, error scenarios, and reconciliation outcomes from a functional perspective.
  • Maintain the backlog, open questions, assumptions, dependencies, decisions, risks, traceability, and change impacts.
  • Support refinement, demonstrations, defect triage, SIT, UAT, sign-off, deployment readiness, and knowledge transfer.
