Remote Robot Operating System Jobs in Dallas, TX

Location: Remote, with preference for Dallas, TX or Orange County, CA, our launch markets.

The Opportunity

Rendara puts autonomous service robots to work in hotels, healthcare facilities, and commercial buildings. Floor care, room-to-room delivery, and guest engagement, all on a simple monthly subscription. There is no capital purchase and no maintenance burden. Customers subscribe to a working robotic workforce, and we keep it working with 24/7 remote monitoring, on-site service, software updates, and a real support team behind every unit.

We are at commercial launch. The product is deployed and proven, the financing engine is built (customers get Priority Approval, often instant or under 2 hours), and the pipeline is mapped. What we need now is the person who turns it into signed accounts. You will be the first dedicated sales hire, selling alongside the leadership that built the model, with a direct line to every resource you need and nothing between you and a close.

What You'll Do

• Own a territory of named accounts in hospitality, healthcare, and facilities and warehouse services: prospecting, discovery, demos, and closing subscription agreements.
• Hunt. This is a competitive market and the leads are yours to create. You develop your own pipeline, get in the door, earn the meeting, and win the account. If you need leads handed to you, this is not your role.
• Sell a genuinely easy yes: a monthly subscription, no capital approval battle, and fast financing decisions.
• Run the full cycle in our Salesforce environment, from first touch through soft bid, credit approval, final offer, and signature, with a rate card that gives you real pricing discretion to close.
• For major accounts likely to commit, we will place demonstration units locally so the robot can prove itself on their floor.
• Land the account, launch it with our operations team, then expand it. One robot becomes a fleet, and one property becomes a portfolio.

Who We're Looking For

• You are actively selling B2B today and have been for the past several years. This role is for a current practitioner at the top of their game, not a return to sales after time away.
• Your track record is in recurring-revenue B2B sales: subscription, rental, leasing, or service contracts, where the deal is a monthly commitment rather than a one-time purchase.
• You know at least one of our verticals from the inside: hospitality, healthcare and senior living, or warehouse and facilities services. You speak the operator's language and you know who signs.
• You run a disciplined pipeline (CRM-native, forecast-accurate) and close without being chased.
• Bonus, not required: you have sold robotics, automation, or equipment-as-a-service, or you have sold against the labor line on a customer's P&L.

Compensation & Details

Compensation: $80,000–$100,000 annual base salary, plus commission package. Full benefits including medical, dental, and vision.

Location: Remote, with preference for Dallas, TX or Orange County, CA, our launch markets.

Travel: Local and regional within territory; occasional company events.
