Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Wireless Network Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of largescale Aruba wireless networks in a complex enterprise environment. This role requires deep expertise in Aruba WLAN architecture, ClearPass policy services, and internet offload and guest access designs, with a strong focus on reliability, security, and user experience across thousands of endpoints and locations.
The ideal candidate is handson and designoriented, with strong operational maturity and an appreciation for modern NetOps practices. This includes working within Agile delivery models and partnering with automation and platform teams to ensure wireless and NAC architectures align with networkascode and infrastructureascode principles, while operating in a highly regulated enterprise network.

Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and support enterprisegrade Aruba wireless LAN solutions across corporate offices, campuses, and remote/branch locations
Lead wireless architecture and design efforts, including RF design, capacity planning, predictive and postdeployment surveys, and coverage optimization
Engineer and maintain Aruba ClearPass solutions for authentication, authorization, posture assessment, BYOD, guest access, and device profiling
Design and support internet offload architectures, including guest WiFi and segmented access models, ensuring secure and scalable traffic separation
Collaborate closely with security teams on NAC, identitybased access control, and policy enforcement strategies
Troubleshoot complex wireless issues involving RF interference, roaming behavior, authentication failures, and performance degradation
Develop and maintain wireless standards, design documentation, and best practices for enterprise deployments
Partner with automation, platform, and infrastructure teams to support networkascode and NetOps initiatives, ensuring wireless and NAC designs are automationready, repeatable, and policydriven
