This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing you to perform your duties from the comfort of your home. You will not be required to handle crisis calls, providing you the opportunity to focus on your clients during scheduled therapy sessions. Our team environment is built on mutual respect and support, where you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including Nurse Practitioners, to create optimal treatment plans for our clients.

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families through secure video conferencing platforms.
• Conduct assessments to develop individualized treatment plans based on each client's unique needs and goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and supportive therapy to facilitate client progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment plans in accordance with health regulations and best practices.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in the field of marriage and family therapy.
• Participate in regular supervision and case consultations to enhance therapeutic outcomes and personal growth.

In this role, you will serve a diverse population, providing support to adults, adolescents, and families facing various challenges, from anxiety and depression to relational issues. Your work will empower clients to identify and work through obstacles, fostering resilience and improved mental health. • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.
• A minimum of two years of experience providing direct patient services in a clinical setting, including experience with individual, group, and family therapy.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to clients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational skills, ensuring that your scheduling remains current and that all client documentation is completed efficiently.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations regarding patients’ protected health information.

• Experience using telehealth platforms and technologies to foster effective remote client interactions.
• Familiarity with evidence-based interventions such as DBT and ERP.
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations, showcasing sensitivity to cultural differences among clients.

The compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, Access Healthcare offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K matching program, paid parental leave, and PTO accrual.
