• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client needs and create individualized therapy strategies.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that patient records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing your insights while collaboratively developing comprehensive care plans for clients.
• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to remain current with advances in mental health care.

Our clientele includes individuals and families who may have limited access to traditional mental health services, often facing obstacles such as stigma, financial barriers, or geographic limitations. You will work with a diverse demographic, addressing a wide array of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and substance use disorders. Your ability to establish rapport with clients from various backgrounds will be key to their therapeutic success.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.
• At least two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting, demonstrating competence in therapeutic practices.
• A solid understanding of legal and ethical guidelines in mental health practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering trusting relationships with a diverse range of clients.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and relevant technologies to manage client information efficiently.

• Specialty training or experience in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use treatment will be highly regarded.
• Experience in crisis intervention and stabilization techniques will be an asset.
• Demonstrated success in managing a caseload and navigating the complexities of diverse client needs.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and the caseload you carry. In addition to the financial compensation, we provide comprehensive benefits, including:
