Contract Details

  • Location: Wayne, NJ 07470
  • Setting: Long-Term Care (LTC)

  • Schedule: PRN
  • Shift Details:
    • 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
    • 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
  • Employment Status: W2 Employee
Requirements
  • An active and unrestricted New Jersey RN license is required
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience required
  • Current BLS/CPR certification required
  • Ability to pass background screening and onboarding requirements
  • Ability to perform required job duties, including lifting and mobility assistance
Special Training Available
  • Facility has a Ventilator and a tracheostomy unit
  • The facility and consulting respiratory department provides ventilator and Tracheostomy training
Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with facility policies and procedures
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered
  • Monitor resident conditions and report changes as appropriate
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
