• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments, to identify patient needs and shape treatment plans.
• Collaborate closely with patients to design individualized treatment plans that reflect their personal goals, cultural context, and psychological needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in various settings including individual, couple, family, and group sessions.
• Deliver crisis intervention services, ensuring timely support for patients experiencing acute distress and effectively coordinating care with other healthcare providers.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, adhering strictly to clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate patients and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with skills and strategies to manage mental health challenges effectively.
• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, to provide seamless and comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor treatment effectiveness through regular outcome assessments, adjusting plans as needed to ensure optimal results for patients.
• Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in mental health, integrating new findings into clinical practice to enhance service quality.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
