• Perform detailed client assessments to evaluate mental health conditions and needs, employing standardized assessment tools and evidence-based methodologies.
• Develop and implement individualized therapeutic treatment plans in collaboration with clients, identifying goals and milestones tailored to their specific circumstances.
• Conduct therapy sessions using various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, ensuring each approach is evidence-based and client-centered.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care and provide holistic support.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client records, progress notes, and treatment outcomes to comply with legal and ethical standards, promoting transparency and continuity of care.
• Engage in professional development and supervision sessions to enhance your skills, stay abreast of industry best practices, and fulfill licensure renewal requirements.
• Promote and adhere to ethical standards and legal regulations governing social work practice, ensuring client confidentiality and appropriate service delivery.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at New Horizons Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients often come from varied socioeconomic backgrounds, allowing you to apply culturally responsive techniques that recognize and respect each individual’s unique life experiences.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program, reflecting a solid academic foundation in social work principles and clinical practice.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required to ensure compliance with state regulations and professional standards.
• A minimum of three years of practical experience in mental health or outpatient settings, showcasing a solid ability to assess, diagnose, and treat various mental health conditions.
• Strong grasp of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches, enabling effective interventions tailored to each client’s needs.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment abilities to foster strong therapeutic relationships and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

• Experience in working with community health settings or part of integrated care teams is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage client information and treatment documentation is an asset.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and technologies to effectively provide virtual services.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
