Utilizing advanced telehealth technology, you will conduct assessments, provide therapy, and collaborate with other mental health professionals in a supportive and innovative setting. • Engage effectively with clients through telehealth platforms, fostering a supportive and trusting therapeutic relationship.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, including diagnostic evaluations that encompass Gains, LOCUS, clinical summaries, crisis planning, and treatment planning.
• Perform thorough evaluations to identify the root causes of clients’ issues and tailor therapeutic interventions to support their recovery.
• Consult and collaborate with psychiatrists, advanced practice registered nurses (APRN), and addiction specialists for further evaluation and treatment as necessary.
• Document treatment plans and progress notes accurately, ensuring compliance with the regulatory guidelines and ethical standards of practice.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in mental health care.
• Work within a team-oriented environment, coordinating with your colleagues to maintain high-quality care across diverse client needs.

Your clients will include individuals dealing with a range of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and those with intellectual disabilities. Empowering clients from various ethnic, cultural, and socio-economic backgrounds is at the heart of our mission. You will play a crucial role in understanding each client's unique circumstances and developing personalized strategies for their recovery.

• A Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or mental health counseling is required.
• Must hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• No history of medical malpractice claims, verified by an appropriate third party.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and diverse populations.

• Experience using telehealth platforms for clinical service delivery is preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation processes.
• Prior experience working with individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, depending on your caseload and experience.
