  • Develop and regularly update individualized treatment plans grounded in ongoing psychosocial evaluations focusing on client strengths, concerns, and cultural values.
  • Facilitate educational and therapeutic group sessions, documenting patient goals and responses to ensure continuity of care and enhance therapeutic outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be primarily working with individuals in a detoxification program, often dealing with challenging and complex mental health and substance use issues. Your expertise will be vital in helping clients navigate their recovery journey, with a focus on both immediate needs and long-term wellness strategies that include comprehensive aftercare planning.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline is essential.
  • Current and independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a full caseload, maintain organization, and meet documentation deadlines consistently.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification is required to ensure client safety and wellness.
Preferred Experience

Experience working in a detox or substance abuse recovery setting is highly preferred. Familiarity with treatment methodologies applicable to addiction and a deep understanding of associated psychological concerns will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
