This position allows for remote work, enabling our LCSWs to engage with clients in a flexible and comfortable setting. Our remote detox center is equipped with state-of-the-art telehealth technology, ensuring that our social workers can deliver effective therapy sessions from any location. • Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ psychological and physical health to identify treatment needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique needs and goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices, to facilitate positive changes in clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with a dedicated treatment team, including physicians, nurses, and counselors, to coordinate holistic care.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during challenging scenarios to ensure client safety and well-being.
• Stay updated on the latest research and developments in social work practice to continually enhance service delivery.

Our client population primarily consists of individuals struggling with substance use disorders, often accompanied by mental health challenges such as trauma, anxiety, and depression. You will work with a diverse group of clients from various backgrounds, empowering each one to take ownership of their recovery journey. Understanding cultural differences and tailoring interventions accordingly is crucial for effective treatment.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from a regionally accredited institution.
• Active LCSW license in the state of Florida.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards and best practices in social work.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients compassionately.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting, valuing contributions from all disciplines.

• 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare, social services, or mental health setting, particularly with substance use treatment.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote counseling methodologies.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
